We’re here to help with any billing questions you may have. You may be able to fix the issue directly through the app or website.

I think I was charged the wrong amount

This shouldn’t happen. If there has been a billing mistake, we will work to have it resolved as soon as possible. Please send an email with the amount you were expecting to be charged, as well as the amount that was deducted to payments@themarbleway.com.

Changing your payment method, viewing statements or adding a new credit card is available for you to manage whenever you like:

On the app

1. Go to the Marble Law App

2. Go to Profile

3. Click Payments

4. You can change your default payment method, or add a new credit card

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and chat with us

On the Marble website

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Payments

3. You can change your default payment method or add a new credit card
