Still have questions?

We’ve put together a list of commonly asked questions to help you get a better understanding of the process.

How do I get started?

It’s easy! Simply click HERE and answer a few questions, and schedule an initial strategy session or connect to talk immediately.
What happens during the initial consultation call?

You will speak with one of our Case Evaluation Managers who will listen to you and let you know if your matter is one we can help you with.  If it is,we will send you an Engagement Letter to sign so we can proceed with your matter.
What is the Engagement Letter?

It’s an agreement between yourself, Marble PC and the other licensed attorney(s) (LSPs) who will be helping you with your case. It will only come into effect once it has been signed by all three parties.
Why do I need to sign an Engagement Letter?

The relationship between an attorney and a client is very important and serious. It must be built on a foundation of trust and mutual understanding. Having a written agreement is not only required by the rules of professional conduct, but it also ensures there are no misunderstandings between the attorney and the client so that all parties are clear about what their rights and responsibilities are.
What services will you be provided with under the Engagement Letter?

The services provided are strictly of a legal nature, and not a promise of the outcome of your legal matter. The Engagement Letter sets out which specific services are included as part of the representation in your matter.

What do I need to do?

You are required to cooperate with our team by:
• responding quickly to requests for information and materials
• being truthful, obeying all requests and court orders for appearances related to your matter
• keeping us informed of updates related to your case and cooperating with your representation
• appearing at any proceeding you are advised to attend, and cooperating fully in preparation and presentation of your matter.

How much will it cost? Are there any other expenses involved?

You will not pay attorney fees unless you successfully recover financial compensation from your employer, either as a financial settlement or win in court.  The fee is taken as a fixed percentage of the compensation you receive.  You are, however, required to cover additional costs for your case. The specific details of these matters will be written in the Engagement Letter.

How do you prepare for a citizenship interview

Before applying for a green card, you should first find out whether you are eligible under the various green card categories.
After determining your eligibility, file your Green Card application with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and identify your green card category, whether it is work-based, family-based, or lottery-based.
Depending on your category, adhere to the application process, including attending interviews.
Fulfill all your admission requirements, including providing proof of authentic family relationship for a family-based green card and proof of employment or other qualifications for an employment-based green card
