Marc has been practicing law in good standing since December 1995 and has extensive experience in all criminal defense and particularly DUI, having handled thousands of criminal cases throughout his career. Marc has worked both misdemeanor and felony cases, negotiated outstanding plea deals for his clients, and logged over 50 criminal jury trials with many “not guilty” verdicts. Marc’s practice extends to restraining order hearings, professional license hearings, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
